Oct 3. 213.2. transitioned to whole food. the Optavia plan did its magic. 18 pounds gone.
now October is weights and focused cardio.
tighten up muscle/skeleton base while burning glycogen reserves... with a spaced refueling plan that includes 20 g of protein 7 times a day.... 🏋
213.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
