I have this scale…I’ve had it for years…it’s a digital scale that also measures body fat percentage. Now I know that accuracy of these contraptions can be sketchy, but it’s the devil I dance with, so at least I hope for consistency. My fat percentage when I first started was around 30% to 28%. As my weight has decreased at first the percentage did not change much, but over the past few months I note a clear change. For most of summer I hovered around 22%, but now I am around 19 to 20%. So why all the analysis? Well, it all kinda plays into my ultimate goals. No, I am not purposefully shooting for say a 7 to 10%, but it would be good to get that number lower…even with my admittedly inaccurate scale! Small moves…
210.5 lb Lost so far: 86.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
