I had a good week. Being away from home for 3 days helped - in that being in a hotel room at night I wasn't tempted to snack - and during the day, not wanting to appear greedy, I controlled myself at the buffet. Very proud of myself :)
I carried on with the good behaviour into the weekend - buying a big salad from Morrisons rather than being tempted by the empty calories in a pie. Also kept myself busy with the boys football, housework and washing the cars.
I'm hoping that my attitude to food - and relationship with it is starting to change...
321.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
