Fell of the wagon good and proper this weekend. I was away from home alot with my son's football and then a visit to Birmingham. Lots of food and no self-control. I am back to work now and have started logging again because I realise that if I don't log things get even worse.

Late night sweet snacking strikes again. The fact that I've lost a couple of kilos quickly is excuse enough to binge! No will power at all!

Fell off the wagon last night. Found myself alone watching the box in a room with chocolate biscuits and sweets. If I didn't know better I'd say the wife likes me being 'cuddly'. I must stop myself entering the living room after 8pm - UNLESS accompanied by a responsible Adult!
