Back up. Inflammation is like a yo-yo.
Took Lasix and Potassium
198.2 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much! Unfortunately, mine is a daily struggle. It doesn’t really flare because I’d constant. The longest it’s stayed stable was 4 days. I really seldom eat salt or salty foods. I’m trying. Thanks again !💜
