It's been a while, but even with my washroom occurance, this is absurd.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So...you lost 5 pounds in 3 days! Then again, you were almost at your all-time high. Was that where you wanted to be? Is it possible that your body composition is now so much muscle because of workouts that you BMR has gone through the roof and you now need far more calories daily to just sit around and do nothing?

Wow, Dom. Just, wow. lol. Chad actually told me that I'd likely see the need to progressively increase calories, but I think this may have more to do with the back loading than the calories. I have no idea. It's either muscles are being build and the body wants the cals for it, or the back loading is doing a number. They're the only things I can point to. Hopefully I don't wake up in the morning and have whatever you had for two weeks. :| That would be some kind of miracle - catching something from 3000 miles away over a computer. Talk about a virus! You know what? Maybe it's the sweetarts!
