Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Yeah! 💃 A quick jump on the scale and it was nicer today! Heading to the beach today.

Have a fabulous, sunshiny day FS! 💃☀️

148.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb. Still to go: 13.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

great job enjoyed the beach it actually was 55 when I got up this morning I have not seen that since May your weather must be better

We did enjoy the beach until a storm chased us off. But we got to spend some fun time watching our granddaughter experience sun, sand, water and waves! She loved digging in the sand and filling her bucket once she found out she couldn’t eat it.
