Yesterday, I was unable to get my workout done. This is because I spent nearly 16 hours working on my car, so I am sure I more than made up for it. Because of this, I also splurged a bit at breakfast. I haven't had pancakes in months, and they were calling my name. I still won't go over my intake today, but a 1000 calorie meal is better for breakfast than any other part of the day. I'm going to try to hit core synergistics a bit harder today to make up for that.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
