I'm hovering between 152 and 153 lately. Maintaining reasonably. Been too depressed to exercise lately beyond my couple of hikes I'm getting in weekly. Going up today. The aspens are turning 😊
152.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you get out of the depression. Hiking is good, especially in the fall. Being out in nature is always helpful to me.

liz-andra, it helps me too. The two places I feel most at peace are in the woods and in the kitchen. I've been doing a lot of kitchen experiments lately
