A stressful few weeks moving house. Kitchen access restricted due to tiling (mainly eating salad). Gain due to not going to gym, shorter dog walks, & midweek snacking. Still, plenty of DIY. Here's to getting house sorted soon so I can get back into a routine.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
