Yesterday was a tough diet day. All I wanted to do was eat. However, I did manage to get through another two workouts, kenpo and x stretch. I can finally touch my knee to my head! Before, I couldn't even manage to touch my toes. It may not sound like much, but that's an accomplishment for me.
Anyway, I started today off with a bigger breakfast in hopes of keeping my energy up and crabiness away. I'll see how that goes. I shouldn't have any problem burning it off. Today is core synergistics for the workout, so no problem there either.
