Feels great ! Was just shooting for at least a pound and got more !!! Shows how effective portion control and taking sweets and sodas out of my daily intake !!!! God is GOOD !!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
