Heck I'm actually staring before New Years whoo HOO lets get it ! Just had one slice of pizza instead of my usual 3-4 slices and 4oz of coke instead of a whole can ...baby steps ! But I did buy some really healthy foods tonight to start eating rather than junk

Well I did very well today until dinner . I had to slices of pizza :( Should have just stopped at the one ,but I was super hungry , from not eating breakfast and only salad for lunch .
