I don't understand why I'm gaining. yesterday's weigh in was up by a pound, and again today. I have not slipped, I have been very busy and do a few app excersizes. I haven't been sleeping very well, and I am having a hard time getting going today. meh, we all have those times. I'm at the phase where I am so excited to eat and really want to indulge in sweets, but I haven't eaten anything with added sugars. Fruit is in season, so I am in Heaven! I haven't had creamer in a week, but still drinking coffee. I make homemade creamer and it's sooo good! However, I know it is horrible to start the day, everyday with a bunch of sugary creamer with a splash of coffee! ☺️

I don't know if anyone can see this. My settings are all set to public, but I can't tell☺️. I make comments on other posts, but when trying to post I get an error bubble saying something like, "Unable to post. Please try again another time". If 6you amazing people can see this, will you sing out? Also if you know why I am getting the error, please let me know 😊 I hope you are having the beat day!!

lack of sleep certainly isn't good for weight loss, how's your salt intake? How much water are you drinking? You could be retaining water. Maybe shake it up and try a new exercise.

I have to basically eat the same food every day to get any weight loss. Hang in there!

Lack of sleep, stress, etc could cause your weight gain. I tend to gain a few pounds more when I am stressed or depressed

Morgan is absolutely correct, also homemade creamer could be it too! See if you can figure out the calories in your yummy creamer. make sure you count those calories too.

Hi, thank you all! I was calculating every calorie except the collagen I have in my black coffee and today. I can't figure out how to calculate today! I didn't even think about it having calories or protein and a few carbs. I am so glad I watched a doctor speaking about IF. She mentioned it is not truly known if collagen breaks a fast and it has protein! I am having a problem being too full to get my protein and fiber intake in and collagen has 10g of protein per serving! I am going to the doctor tomorrow and will check my weight on their scale. I am also going to have to eat the same thing every day. That's fine with me, as I'm not much of a cook. 😆
