Ive been slipping, stretched to thin school, work, home, trying to do extra shit not eating…. How are we going to make gains?!?!? EAT MORE! LIFT heavier, when you can, more. Take exams on Saturday and meal prep Sunday. I can’t say don’t stress but…. Less stress? Pack protein. All great goals but will it happen? Try for two weeks then reassess. I love you 💕😘❤️!
140.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
