I think that I have become accustomed to going to the gym Tuesday to Thursday, and since I went to the gym on Monday, my whole week went out of whack. I thought that me going to the gym on monday would have helped me, but it actually hackfired. Now I will only have one day and I might have today and tomorrow, if I actually decide to come.
