Restarted exercise yesterday after a break. i was worried I was going to gain weight when I stopped but I'm glad I stuck with healthy portion eating which helped me shed the weight off.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
