I remember years ago I visited a doctor and he told me for my frame the ideal weight is 185. I laughed and told him I slid out the womb weighing more than that! Well now I’m 213 (actually 210) and as I take a look at this deflating pouch and loose skin ( I feel like a shar-psi), I can see that there is at least 10 lbs and maybe even 25 to reach that ideal. To be honest I’m not looking at it that way, but I do want to lose this pouch! Keep going bill…small moves
213.2 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
