Up another pound today. ugh. But I did have a very heavy lunch and dinner yesterday. Going to try and lighten it up today with soup and grilled cheese at lunch. Then grilled chicken and salad for dinner. I have an appointment with the foot doctor today. And I'm pretty sure I'll get a good review! :3 My sister is visiting and watching Jules while we go up to the doctor.

We watched the documentary Fat Head last night and it was interesting. I'd love to hear some other's opinions on it.

Time to go eat a bowl of cereal, put on some sweat pants and a tank top and go for a morning walk, then home for a shower, lunch, and getting ready for the doctor's appointment. We have to leave by no later than 12:15 to get there at 1. And it looks like the weather will be beautiful for grilling this afternoon!

Hope you got some good news at the doc today. Grilling out, oh I am so jealous, can't wait to haul the Weber out of the basement! For now, resorting to grill pan in the oven...black bass for supper tonight, nom-nom!

Really good news from the doctor. I've had no problems with my foot in the last two weeks, and no sign of the cyst still being there. There is a chance that it might come back at some point, but hopefully no time soon. ^.^ I don't have to go back to the foot doctor unless I start having issues again. Started grilling a little late tonight, but oh well. Dinner will be excellent, and your dinner sounds great too! Mmm bass! :D

That is great news, I bet you are happy about that! The bass was excellent by the way even though it was not done on the outside grill!

Very happy. ^.^ Woot! I can jog and run to my hearts content. lol. Or my body's limit, which ever comes first. :P Our dinner was excellent too!! The Chicken was sooooooooo good! Hubs grilled it perfectly. And the bbq sauce was MMmmmmm. :P And now I'm very full and quite content.

You girls are making my mouth water. gotta eat more fish though I've never grilled it, do you use aluminum foil on the grill? does it stick? Live in Houston and getting the grill up and running now. would love some tips on the how to. Nice to meet u two

I've never grilled fish. lol. Grew up having lots of breaded fried fish though. But when me and hubs skill improves with the grill, I really look forward to grilling fish. ^.^ I'll pass you any tips I pick up though.
