It seems that removing dairy is finally showing up on the scale. Not fast enough though. Lol. Belly is going down tooo. woo hoo!!!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

You are removing dairy to help you lose weight and I add dairy to help me lose weight, lol! Well, Greek yogurt. When I eat it, I lose better. Go figure, lol!
