Almost halfway to my goal! I had a slower month of loss due to an excess of cheat days. But I am going back on track and staying true to my goal. I will not quit!
184.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
