Decided to try IF yesterday. Sounds like it will fit my schedlule perfectly with exercising in the mornings.

I havent had intestinal issues, IBS, for two weeks and then yesterday Bam! So will wait to see if that was my weight loss.

Thanks to all who are showing me great articles to read and glean from! I appreciate you!

Buddies: i like the idea, but what does having a buddy list do for someone?
161.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
