Last night's dinner is only an estimate, because I just made a couple big trays for everyone. Baked bacon-wrapped chicken thighs with the skin on, broccoli oven-fried in butter, topped with melted cheddar. Definitely a ketogenic ratio, and delicious, but too mixed up to measure accurately.

Gotta run. Ice cream machine just arrived... yeah... Best diet ever.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
