Maintenance phase is going great I'm so proud of myself 6 months after reaching my goal weight and only 3.6lb weight difference even while not being active due to health issues. Not ever quitting on my health again it doesn't mattter how slow you go as long as you don't stop. Keeping going my FS Fam!!! Next goal is building muscle mass recomp and hopefully be under 150lb which my bod refuses I wish to one day be 135lb since I'm only 5"1 I don't want to be thin I want to be lean, cut, and strong just giving my body time to adjust to the extreme weightloss for now time passes anyways.
