I went a little over my calorie intake yesterday, but still ate about 700 calories less than what is recommended for my height and weight.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1468 kcal Fat: 26.47g | Prot: 57.16g | Carb: 110.17g.   Breakfast: V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). Lunch: Regular Mayonnaise, Garden Cuts Green Leaf Lettuce, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Mrs Baird's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Lunch Mate Finely Sliced Roast Beef. Dinner: Bourbon, Milk (Nonfat), Freihofer's Hamburger Bun, sloppy joes. more...
