Managed to maintain the diet pretty well over the 9 days since last weigh in. Going to bed earlier seems to be cutting down on the amount of time that I spend int the "danger Zone" (that time between 9:30 and 11 pm when I crave sweet and salty snacks, LOL. Gonna start walking over the next week, hopefully that will help even more
340.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
