I pigged out a little yesterday. Ate that muffin when I shouldn't have. Then didn't really have a dinner but instead several little snacks. But I wasn't too bad. I need to stop picking.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
