Yay, back under 250! Today I woke up and went grocery shopping for the week. Still need to get a few more things but I did get my primaries. I have to remind myself to take time for me because if I don’t I’ll rush & eat anything.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
