My Tanita scale shows that started at 35% body fat and am now 32.5% body fat so I am happy about this reduction even without a reduction in overall weight, especially since I have begun daily aerobic dancing for 20 - 25 minutes.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
