Generally feeling well. Wonder why my weight went up. My BMI has improved 2%. Do not wish to eat under 1300 calories though. Is this too high for me as a weight loss amount. Am hungry today -- I did have more carbies yesterday than usual. How do you spell carbys? Actually, I am 9 days into perfect and I did CHEAT on the Sunday March 23. For that whole week of john's birthday I ate sugar, and dairy.

After doing hflc for 10 days I am experiencing elevated mood and improved body composition as shown on my Tanita scale.

My Tanita scale shows that started at 35% body fat and am now 32.5% body fat so I am happy about this reduction even without a reduction in overall weight, especially since I have begun daily aerobic dancing for 20 - 25 minutes.
