1 dinner plate, and split with wife.
THAT is application of success looks like.
Eating 1 whole plate of 4000 calorie delight DIDNT make me any happier, or satisfied than enjoying the shared experience of dinner and movie with wife.
the results of the scale show that was a good choice. The sodium in restruaunt meals is very high, so water retention is immediate. and WATER IS HEAVY!
209.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
