How can you eat a little and gain ...eat a lot and lose. I know the other factors involved but but for once I would like this weight thing to make sense. Xoxo
326.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I don't think the weight thing will ever make sense, lol! The physiology of weight loss is a strange thing.
