downnotout17's Journal, 05 March 2011

Well,

I don't know if it's just near that "last 5 lb." stage, or what. The weight has been melting off for the past few weeks. I've been keeping the same diet, and adhering to it strictly (minus the birthday dinner). Although, I'm guessing I might actually start adding weight as muscle, as I may have passed the threshold of fat lost/muscle added. I hope that's the case.

Either way, I was able to finish back and legs no problem. I even destroyed my 100 pull up goal with 116! That's where the real victory is for me. I'm getting stronger and looking better, so who cares what that little lcd on the scale says.

Anyway, I am about to start kenpo and abs here in a second, and tomorrow is a stretch or rest day for me. Then next week is ab focus, recovery week. 6 short weeks left after this!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
