Same as every time! I have a decent loss, then it jumps back up and I have to struggle like mad to claw it back again.
At least I can recognize the pattern now. 😊
216.5 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Frustrating to watch the dreaded scale bounce around, but just look at your chart! You are going down steadily!

Sad thing is, the number goes UP much easier (& faster!) than it does going DOWN. It's great that you can recognize the pattern. Hang onto that! :)
