One thing I don't like about the app is if you have a 'blip' it shows your 'progress' as 'gaining' whereas over the course of months I'm losing....not sure it helps with the mindset....

Thanks Anne….we all know that it’s a long journey but was just thinking that small encouraging things…like lovely comments such as yours 😄….can help to make a difference…be good if the app could be tweaked to represent our journeys 😄
