This is such a struggle!! Grrness.. sometimes I want to cave in, but then I remind myself, something has to change if I want some results! Since I haven't been eating as much and whenever I want, the (what seems to be) little I am eating fills me up! I did cave in and have Pizza rolls for dinner yesterday, but I had no more than 500 calories worth (which was "only" 14 of them). I felt satisfied, strange enough. Before, I used to eat as many as I wanted -- sometimes up to 30-40! Yeah.. that is how I got to be this way. Wow.. I must have had close to 4,500 calories a day -- at least! Slowly, it is all changing. ^_^
