Another big loss but its the beginning and I am losing water weight. My pants are fitting a little less snug and I like that. I have every intention of making my 15 lb loss by June a reality
242.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
