Ugh.. in a mood today. As if starting over for the 4th time isn't frustrating enough I find myself needing to fight off temptations to eat everything I can consume based on what I'm feeling. 😒 Just eat like an bottomless pit. I haven't. Managed to make it through yesterday, made good food choices, no soda and I didn't eat past like 7pm. Now today's a new day, new emotional challenges but I'm trying. Going to sit down and set some realistic small goals to hit as milestones. Also need some beef broth for dinner so giving myself an excuse to walk to the store.. maybe.. I'm trying to talk myself into it. Florida's heat can be absolutely ruthless. If not, maybe I can at least start my 30 day challenges for exercise.
