No Movement!!!! had an attack for biscuits, chocolate and coffee so there goes my break fast! was raining outside so didn't go out for my morning jog and so did some skipping rope...bah not much of an effort cos was too full with the biscuit party .....will have to have a better work out tonight at least there will be an instructor to push the class so that should be a good hour in.
