i used a scale in a hotel for my original weight. now im back home. im sure i havent lost 4 pounds this week...
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i know what you mean wendi. went to dominican and knew i was indulging, but hoped the 5 to 6 mile walks everyday would counter. had a feeling that the scale was wrong when it showed i had maybe gained a lb..sure enough, got home and had gained 6:)

Yeah, I feel like I've lost a pound or two, but probably not 3.8lbs. Now that I'm home, the scale will be consistent and I'll know my progress. I think it's a bad idea to have scales in hotels...especially in places like the Dominican when you're supposed to be vacationing. Ick!
