Took Lasix and Potassium
201.4 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was thinking when taking those two combo that you would lose more water weight not the reverse.

I have multiple autoimmune disorders. 8. It’s a real struggle. I eat as few calories as possible. I only tie it if I gain. It helps, but it comes right back. I’m not giving up. I use this for a journal. Take care. 💜🌈

We’re here for you. It is a struggle. I also use this as my outlet for my feelings when I struggle with my weight. Keep up the great work and don’t give up. You will always be family here in FS. Take care and be safe.

Thank you my friend. I have thyroid and also autoimmune thyroid issues. It’s so hard. I do eat sweets as my dr said to. They want me to eat more calories a day, but I gain like crazy. My metabolism is so slow. I am mobility impaired so it’s hard to walk like I want to. I do love and do yoga/stretching daily. You take date. 💜🌈

I don't think I've ever heard of a Dr recommending sweets...what's their reasoning?

The sweets are to prevent going overboard. Everything in small portions. I’m not eating it daily. I’m just trying to not deprive myself completely abs then hinge. It’s a control issue. Done is okay. A lot is terrible. Take care.
