Two gym visits, watching the calories and that's 1.5lbs gone :) started my new job today, no time for snacking which will help me no end in keeping this going, just need to watch the evening hunger pangs!
236.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
