Today is my birthday!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1434 kcal Fat: 54.91g | Prot: 65.56g | Carb: 175.66g.   Breakfast: Extra Chunky Peanut Butter, 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Blackeye Peas, White Corn, Baked or Broiled Catfish. Dinner: Peach Cobbler, Premium Original Saltine Crackers, Chicken Breast, Cornbread (Home Recipe), Fried Batter-Dipped Okra, Instant White Rice, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned). Snacks/Other: Cupcake with Icing. more...
