I did so well until after dinner last night. Around 8 pm I ate what was left over dinner and then continued to snack until bed time at 11pm. Igot on the scale this morning and I was up almost 5 pounds. I did what was called mindless binning and in 3hours I destroyed two days of healthy eating.
I MUST STOP THIS BEHAVIOR!!
252.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hello dear lady. Knowing you should stop doing something and actually stopping doing it as you well know are two different things. If it was easy and we could all stop doing things we should not do like over eating would fatsecret be needed at all. I think not. You need support and encouragement just like every other person on FS as your weight record is not the most impressive so far as I am sure you know only too well. If it would help you in any way I am here just like many other supporters on FS and can offer encouragement if nothing more. Good luck in your quest.

We have all been there. Lately I just go to bed early and read, surf the internet or watch tv. I find I won't snack if I leave the area. Cleaning up after dinner is tough. I have tried chewing a piece of sf gum right after my meal helps. It seems once you start picking at the food you don't want to stop. It is a bad habit and habits are hard to break. Keep forcing on your goals and health. You can do it!!!!
