ok, stable. holding in New weight category. I will take that as win! carbs appear to be the switch, go over 100 carbs... no movement. under 100 carbs.. movement. no processed carbs, no breads, cakes, snacks... and no surgary snacks.
here it is, documented... add processed,carbs, and sugary snacks, even in moderation...over time weight goes up.... A-LOT!
Remove from refueling choices, weight drops off.. not as fast as it went on, so diligence is required!
but the chart tells the story. and the past month has been encouraging... the 195# goal is in sight! before I hit the big 66 I want to be under 196!
208.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
