This week my daughter and I are proud owners of a treadmill. Used the thing 30 minutes each day since Saturday. Didn't drop as much as a pound th I s week.:/ Guess I just eat too much......
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, it's not just about weight loss (even though that is important). Getting your legs strong is probably the most essential part of your freedom. If you're not self-mobile, you have to depend on someone else or a machine to get you around. Keep it up! Goals are achieved in steps, no pun intended! :)

I do hope you will enjoy your treadmill as I have so appreciated mine. I live in an area where pretty much 9 months of the year it is rainy. I don't really like being soaked to the bone unless I'm in a swimming pool so it has up until last month been what keeps me going. Thankfully I do see the signs of Spring and that means I can go outside more. Take it easy and have a great weekend.
