Day 58 - A quiet day gardening yesterday - Picked lots of spring onions and peppers then transplanted lettuce spring onions and florence fennel. Also included the large mandatory weeding session.

Surprised to find that my weight has dropped another 0.7 Kg. That means I have just lost two stone in just under two months.

Today I'm hoping to walk a 14 mile part of the twenty four mile Two castles trail Lewdon to Okehampton Castle. Claire is dropping me off and picking me up. This is a little longer than I have managed to date and is over field and stiles etc and also trying to follow a marked route. I'm sure it will be fun!
