I'm going to set mini-weight goals for myself, instead of looking at to total amount of weight that I need to lose. Hopefully this helps me be more successful as I attain these goals.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

This is a good idea. I need to start doing this as well. Looking at the big number to lose only seems to make dieting harder.
