There's a big gap in the weigh-in weight from yesterday to today. Yesterday, I weighed in at work with all of my clothes on and after breakfast. Today, I weighed in at home, right when I woke up, and with my boxers on. Today is plyometrics, so that weight should drop even farther. Carbs may not be so bad today. Had a larger than usual breakfast. Try to slim it down for lunch. Snacks will be 100 calorie packs and string cheese. Lunch will be either soup or frozen meal. Dinner will more than likely be protein bar, vitamins, and protein shake.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
