Sick =( Yesterday I hit my goal intake nearly exactly (13 calories over). Weight this morning is the same as yesterday though, still up 1.4lbs from 2 days ago. I'm sick though- chest/sinus cold fever thing. Doing ok, not an automatic er trip like it would have been a year+ ago. Doing nebulizers and drinking lots of water. Hoping to beat this off without prednisone. Prednisone normally means weight gain, it's part of what I think has made shedding this weight so hard- I was nearly constantly on prednisone on top of bring maxed on maintenance steroids for so long. Still maxed on maintenance meds- but without the added prednisone so often now. We'll see how my lungs hold up. Hubby had the same thing for a week, hopefully I can use treatments to keep my lungs open till it passes. Besides feeling bad my lungs and I aren't doing to bad with it so far and peak flow isn't high but not in danger zone either.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
